Quina is a blue mage and s/he can learn blue magic(remember FF8, and Quistis?). S/he can learn
enemy's commands as Quina eats the monsters or villains... Quina's special command is eat, sort of
like FF8's devour and Blu Magic.
When Quina is in trance, nothing really special happens. His/her abilities increase and the
command "eat" has turned into "cook" and probably has a stronger effect or you don't need the
enemy to be as weak to eat it.
Believe it or not, Quina uses a fork, or to Zid's belief, a spork. Quina eats it's enemies with this fork.

One of my favourite Quina abilities is in fact, the Millionaire ability. You can increase your Gil
ammount by two! It's best to learn this command first so that you can buy extra weapons and objects.
